The Wildlife Protectors

Adi Gupta

Environmentalist, inventor & Author
I learned about orcas at age six, and I've been fascinated by them ever since. My interest in orcas grew into a love for all wildlife and a desire to protect those who are endangered. I wrote a children's book about saving the orcas because I wanted kids to know what small steps they can take.
Kids can make a difference by helping parents to reduce their use of plastic at home.
Reusable shopping bags and water bottles reduces the amount of single-use trash that ends up in the oceans.
Encouraging parents to shop locally reduces the amount of goods shipped overseas, which helps reduce sound pollution.
One day, I hope to invent a device to combat sound pollution and help the orcas thrive.
